Have you had coffee the Singaporean way? ☕️

Known locally as kopi, Singaporean coffee is rich, aromatic and full-bodied. It’s traditionally steeped using a coffee sock and jug and requires some skill and effort.

We’ve saved you the hassle by making this available in a fuss-free form of drip coffee bags.

No machines, no time-consuming brewing methods. Just a coffee sachet and hot water, and you’re good to go. Customise it any way you like - with condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar or just plain black - and you’ll enjoy a great-tasting Singaporean kopi within minutes.

Pick up your box in store and bring a little taste of Singapore home with you 🇸🇬☕️

One day. Countless bowls of laksa. ☀️🦞

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Singapulah at Taste of London on Friday. It was great meeting so many food lovers and sharing a taste of Singapore in the summer sunshine.

The star of the day? Our special Lobster Laksa.

Rich, creamy, spicy and topped with succulent lobster, it quickly became one of the most talked-about dishes at our stall. We loved seeing so many empty bowls coming back our way.

If you tried it, we’d love to know:

Should Lobster Laksa make another appearance? 👀

Let us know in the comments. 🇸🇬❤️

🦞 A Taste of London Exclusive: Singapulah Lobster Laksa

Laksa is one of Singapore’s most beloved noodle dishes, known for its rich coconut broth, fragrant spices and comforting balance of savoury, spicy and creamy flavours.

For this year’s Taste of London festival, we’ve created something very special.

Our Singapulah Lobster Laksa combines bee tai mak noodles with our signature laksa broth, topped with sweet lobster meat, fish cake, egg and tofu puffs. The lobster adds a delicate sweetness that pairs beautifully with the richness of the soup.

Alongside our Lobster Laksa, we’ll also be serving a selection of Singapulah favourites including Iberico Pork Satay, Nasi Lemak with Turmeric Chicken and good ol’ Spring Rolls.

Remember our Tiffin Lunch Set… 👀

Long before takeaway boxes and food delivery apps, tiffin carriers were part of everyday food culture across South and Southeast Asia. Designed to carry homemade or takeaway meals between homes, schools and workplaces, they became a familiar symbol of comfort, routine and food made with care.

Now, you can bring a little piece of that tradition home with our Singapulah tiffin carriers, ready to be filled with whatever your food cravings demand ✨

Functional? Yes.
Cute? Absolutely.
A conversation starter in the office? Also yes.

Curious which designs we have? Just ask one of our team, we’d be happy to show you the styles available 🇸🇬

When you’re in Singapore and look at the signs around you, do you notice your own familiar language staring at you?

English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil. The four official languages of Singapore which reflect the country’s multicultural roots and the different communities that have shaped everyday life for generations.

English is commonly used across schools and businesses, Chinese connects one to the large Chinese Singaporean community, Malay is recognised as the national language and carries deep historical ties to the region, while Tamil represents one of the major Indian languages spoken in Singapore.

In many ways, Singapore’s diverse food culture grew from this same mix. Different languages, different traditions, different flavours, all blended harmoniously together to give rise to a uniquely Singaporean palate 🇸🇬

In many Southeast Asian kitchens, sambal is less of a sauce and more of a foundation.

Made from chilli, aromatics and spices, sambal brings a deep savoury heat that sits at the centre of countless Singaporean dishes. Every version is slightly different. Some are sweeter, some sharper, some heavier on spice and some tangy.

Our Sambal Seafood Fried Rice is built around that same rich aroma. Wok-fried rice coated in sambal, layered with seafood flavour, and topped with prawns and crispy ikan bilis for extra texture and saltiness.

Spicy, smoky, savoury and the kind of dish that keeps tasting better with every spoonful 🔥

What an honour to have Singapore comedy royalty, in the house! 🔥🔥

Needless to say, we served a true spread of Singaporean delights to quell the summer London heat: Chilli Crab 🦀, Kam Hiong Chicken 🍗, Wonton Mee 🍜 and Garlic Fine Beans 🫛. All washed down with kopitiam drink favourites - kopi and iced milo.
