Happy Dragon Boat Festival! 🐉🥟🍸

A celebration of togetherness, Dragon Boat Festival brings friends and family around the table to share good food, good drink and even better company.

For us, that means passing steaming baskets of Xiao Long Bao around, plates of fresh pea shoots picked at until they’re gone, and a well-made cocktail that encourages everyone to stay a little longer.

Today also marks the launch of Origins of Craft, our new six-cocktail collection inspired by the history and stories of Din Tai Fung since 1927.

Bank Holiday plans made simple. Gather around our table of handcrafted Chilli Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao, Prawn & Egg Fried Rice tossed off the wok, and cooling Cucumber in Spicy Sauce to balance it all out. The sort of meal best shared slowly, preferably with good company ☀️
