Last night we hosted the very first of our Journey Into Sake events. 🍶✨

Guests embarked on a beginner’s voyage into the fascinating world of Japan’s national drink, discovering a selection of premium sake while enjoying carefully paired bites from the Sushi Atelier kitchen. 🍣

From understanding the different styles and brewing methods to learning how to taste and appreciate sake, it was a relaxed and enjoyable evening full of great conversation, delicious food, and plenty of kanpai! 🥂🇯🇵

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us—we can’t wait to welcome you aboard for the next Journey Into Sake. Also to and for hosting and running the evening.

Join us on Tuesday 15th July from 5.30pm for an evening celebrating one of Japan’s favourite comfort foods.

In partnership with Kirin Ichiban Beer, we’re serving five styles of homemade gyoza, handcrafted by our chefs right here at Sushi Atelier. 🇯🇵👨‍🍳

✨ Yasai (Vegetable)
🐔 Tori (Chicken & Shiso)
🦐 Ebi (Prawn)
🐷 Nira (Pork & Chive)
🦆 Kamo (Duck)

Each portion (3 pieces) comes with a complimentary ½ pint of Kirin Ichiban 🍺 and your choice of delicious dipping sauces.

🍣 Our full sushi menu will also be available throughout the evening.

⚠️ All gyoza are handmade in limited quantities, so once they’re gone, they’re gone! Early bookings are highly recommended.
