WE'RE ON A HOLY TRIP SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT EMPANADA! VOL.5

Fellas, we've arrived to Mendoza in the Argentinian Andes to visit La Casa Del Visitante restaurant and meet La Chacha.

We've been travelling km's and km's on this holy trip and now it is the time to eat Maria del Carmen La Chacha Vicario empanadas, winner of some of the best Empanadas awards in the world.

The restaurant is within Bodega Santa Julia (Familia Zuccardi) and La Chacha has been in charged of doing the empanadas for quite a long time, publishing even a book with her recipes. Empanapreneurs pilgrimage here from every corner of the world.

She masters the fire and the oven and their hospitality is another level.

If you come to Mendoza, it is a MUST visit.

We also had the chance to discover their natural wines (you can find them in all our shops), La Fuerza Vermouth production and Zuccardi olive oil.

Thanks to for organising it and to for her empanadas. A God's gift.
