Served this Friday - Sunday. The aubergine season is beginning so come and share a parmigiana with someone you love. Bruno fondly remembers his auntie’s Capretto in Bianco - we’re making it with lamb this weekend. And then we use the flavour in the lamb liquor to finish of a simple spaghetti dish.
