The perfect Martini, according to our Sycamore bartenders 🍸

1. Prepare a fresh lemon twist and chill your Martini glass until it’s ice cold.
2. Add 60 ml Middle Eight Gin and 10 ml Dolin Dry Vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.
3. Stir for 20–30 seconds until perfectly chilled.
4. Strain into the Martini glass using a julep or Hawthorne strainer.
5. Garnish with the fresh lemon twist.

Clean. Crisp. Effortlessly classic.
