Our Brookies… Still being tweaked and finalised but looking forward to sharing these with you. The cookies are the most fudgy brownies made with Callebaut dark chocolate and the ice cream filling is our award-winning Madagascan vanilla. We have started with a soft launch while we improve our processes and speed - making three new cookie sandwiches from scratch is a time consuming business 😰- so you can only find them in for the moment, but they will be available in more stores soon.

Not many posts from me recently, that’s mainly because we have been very busy making ice cream, making plans for 2026 and eating ice cream with new stores we’d like to work with.

It’s a real pleasure to be stocked in and . Great stores, all in different parts of town - we have even made it south ☺️

We are now making COOKIES & CREAM SANDWICHES 🎺

The cookies are buttery and delicious straight from the freezer, each one (and you get two 😍) studded with 54% Belgian dark chocolate chips. And of course, we make them in-house in small batches with the best ingredients.

The filling is our luxuriously cream, award-winning Madagascan Vanilla ice cream 🥰

Honestly, they are so good.

This is possibly the last weekend of summer (I’m really holding on!) so why not treat yourself to an award-winning tub …. I think that stands up as a reason to eat ice cream? (Do we need a reason beyond the fact it’s ice cream? 😉)

THANK YOU so much to all of you who have been buying our .uk uk collab special flavours !!!

They have been selling like hotcakes which is just amazing.

We obviously can’t compete with the big brands on price or brand recognition so I really wasn’t sure whether people would recognise that our ice creams are a bit more expensive because they are small batch and handmade, and that we are quality driven with all our ingredients and everything we do.

Going on these first few weeks sales and the lovely messages I have received, it looks like you get it. Thank you 😍🤸

Both award-winning flavours are available , so if you haven’t ordered them yet maybe a heatwave is a good time to give them a try? 😘

HomeCookies & Cream ~ 1 Star Great Taste Award 2025 ⭐️

💕🍧 ‘A high quality, indulgent, great tasting ice cream. Clearly a lot of care and passion have gone into this product. The chocolate is dark and high quality which contrasts with the sharp, fruity tang of the raspberries. The smooth and creamy vanilla ice cream is not too sweet, well balanced and just perfect! This feels like a quality product’.

🍫🍪 ‘This visually attractive ice cream is packed with a generous ripple of inclusions! We really loved the cookies, the bite of the chunks and the dark, intense and crunchy chocolate. It’s also not overly sweet, which the judges appreciated’.

We received Two stars for our Strawberry Buttermilk at this year’s Great Taste Awards ⭐️⭐️

This is our second Great Taste Award for Strawberry Buttermilk, the first was in 2021.

‘A really clever little number, clearly made from quality ingredients, each of which adds something different to the flavour whilst being very complementary. Creamy fresh and buttery mouthfeel, and the roasting of the strawberries was genius!’

Some very exciting news incoming! 🔔 🔔 🔔

In the next couple of days I will be able to share some very exciting news that we have been working on for the last few months.

We have been stretched and tested and made more raspberry sauce (among other things) that we ever thought our kitchen could produce in short order 😂 but we got there.
