The Urban Greens Padel Club is back for a Summer Series at Padium 🎾

You asked. We listened. For the first time, we’re bringing you four exclusive community sessions this August.

Expect friendly tournaments, expert coaching, fresh Urban Greens salads, courtside DJ sets and a few extra surprises thrown in too. Summer Saturdays, the UG way.

Tickets are live now for all four sessions, with limited spaces available.

Inspired by the vibrant flavours celebrated in Georgina’s bestselling cookbooks, Greekish and MEDesque, this salad is a love letter to long Mediterranean lunches and the food of her Greek-Cypriot heritage.

At its heart is a new souvlaki-inspired honey & herb chicken, layered with juicy tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red onion, black olives and a generous scoop of hummus. All tied together with fresh mint, coriander, sesame seeds and a new creamy lemon-feta dressing.
