I’m writing this still glowing from Thursday night’s Pasta workshop and Supper Club.
We’d planned a Sardinian supper, and London decided to play along. The heat enveloped us, the light soft, the air warm, and by the time the first plates went down, it honestly felt as though we’d all been spirited away to a terrace on the island itself.
I want to say grazie, to everyone who pulled up a chair and made it the kind of evening I’ll be smiling about for weeks.
