Highlights include refreshing Chilled Borscht with horseradish cream, and Styrian Sea Bass Fillet with tomato, lardons and Swiss chard. Our classic Peach Melba with caramelised peach, peach sorbet and almond crumble also pays homage to the season. This is summer - Fischer’s style.
