👏🏻 NEXT UP on our lineup of incredible chefs is none other than Robin Gill!
Gill will be gracing our presence from the 9th right through to the 12th of July.
If you missed it, we are hosting a dazzling array of Irish chefs for the whole month of July in a pop-up series entitled DÚCHAS.
The word Dúchas (Doo-khus) carries meanings of heritage, native place, and a sense of belonging to
land. Each one of these brilliant chefs will bring their version of Dúchas through bespoke menus available for the limited time that they’re here.
About the chef:
Robin Gill is an Irish-born chef and restaurateur celebrated for creating soulful, produce-led restaurants rooted in farm-to-table cooking, craft baking, and whole-animal butchery. After honing his skills in Europe’s most influential kitchens-including Le Manoir, Don Alfonso 1890, and Noma, he returned to London to open the groundbreaking Dairy in Clapham: setting the tone for a career driven by passion, process and people.
Robin’s portfolio now includes Darby’s, Sorella, Counter Culture, Rye by the Water, Bottle + Rye, and the newly launched Bar Brasso, which opened with a sold-out launch party featuring Mind Enterprise. He is also the founder of the late-night Bloodshot Supper Club, a roaming chef-meets-music event hosted across Europe.
Robin continues to champion a new, more soulful kind of hospitality-one rooted in community, creativity and craft.
