👏🏻 NEXT UP on our lineup of incredible chefs is none other than Robin Gill!

Gill will be gracing our presence from the 9th right through to the 12th of July.

If you missed it, we are hosting a dazzling array of Irish chefs for the whole month of July in a pop-up series entitled DÚCHAS.
The word Dúchas (Doo-khus) carries meanings of heritage, native place, and a sense of belonging to
land. Each one of these brilliant chefs will bring their version of Dúchas through bespoke menus available for the limited time that they’re here.

About the chef:
Robin Gill is an Irish-born chef and restaurateur celebrated for creating soulful, produce-led restaurants rooted in farm-to-table cooking, craft baking, and whole-animal butchery. After honing his skills in Europe’s most influential kitchens-including Le Manoir, Don Alfonso 1890, and Noma, he returned to London to open the groundbreaking Dairy in Clapham: setting the tone for a career driven by passion, process and people.
Robin’s portfolio now includes Darby’s, Sorella, Counter Culture, Rye by the Water, Bottle + Rye, and the newly launched Bar Brasso, which opened with a sold-out launch party featuring Mind Enterprise. He is also the founder of the late-night Bloodshot Supper Club, a roaming chef-meets-music event hosted across Europe. 
Robin continues to champion a new, more soulful kind of hospitality-one rooted in community, creativity and craft.

☘️ If you missed it, we are hosting a Summer Series of Chef Pop-Ups entitled DÚCHAS - meaning a sense of belonging or home. Each chef will bring a slice of home with them in their bespoke menus - on offer every Thursday - Sunday throughout July! Links are in the usual spot to secure your place!

💭A bit about our special guest:
Chef Lawrence Barrow opens the series,
bringing his fire-forward concept “Hearth and Tine”, which champions seasonal Northern Irish ingredients using open flame, smoke and char at its core.
Born and raised in Ballymena, Barrow trained across Australia and New Zealand
before returning to London. He was recently
featured on The Great British Menu 2026, winning the Northern Ireland heat and earning a place in the show’s final!

We are so excited to welcome him to Homeboy. What are you most excited to try off his menu?

☘️ We are over the moon to announce DÚCHAS: a summer series of pop-ups from incredible chefs from Ireland and the UK throughout the month of July ☘️

What is DÚCHAS?
Firstly for our non-gaeilge speakers, it’s pronounced ‘DOO-khus’. It’s a word that carries meanings of heritage, native place and sense of belonging to a land. Our fabulous guest chefs will be bringing their version of DÚCHAS with bespoke set menus.

💭 THIS OR THAT? 🗯️

Niamh yaps about two cocktails from our ‘Honest’ menu: The Croí and the Luca.

These drinks have been absolutely flying out since we launched our latest menu, but if you’re not familiar here’s a quick summary…

The Luca: A perfect amalgamation of a French 75 and Hugo Spritz - yes, I’m afraid we’ve created the cocktail of the summer 🌞

The Croí (pronounced ‘Cree’ and named after the iconic ): A little concoction unlike anything else. What started as a playful riff on a spicy marg grew legs of its own. Hibiscus tequila and Poitín with white chocolate notes?? You just have to try it to get it 💥

Lizzy is the brains behind our latest and most beloved menu all about Honest cocktails. (And we’re not talking ‘honest’ as in telling somebody when they have spinach in their teeth).

See when Lizzy puts her mind to a task, you best believe it’s getting done right. Ever the perfectionist, she ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and during a stomper of a Saturday night. She compromises nothing to ensure that everybody who walks through our door has a belter of an experience; whether it’s their first or 500th time in.
