I'm of Italian origins, and i been a professional chef with over 20 years of working experience in the catering and hospitality industry,I been living in London for the past 17 years, and during this time he has built a solid experience in a wide and varied range of restaurants and businesses. I started my business with my partner 3 years ago and and as a natural chef I bring a unique elements balancing taste and flavour with a nutritional outlook. I place organic, seasonal and local foods at the core of my recipes, and am equipped with the knowledge and experience to create free-from, plant-based, or omnivorous recipes to brief. We choose to interact with our customers at Festivals and work with local small businesses and the community to sell our products. We also take orders for any Celebration Cakes, Savouries and Catering
