~ Salad-e-Shirazi ~ 🥗A Persian salad originating from the province of Shiraz. It dates back to the Qajar period sometime after the introduction of the tomato to Iran. It’s the prototypical summer salad with a concoction of refreshing ingredients like cucumber, onion and tomato. With a fresh squeeze of verjuice, it becomes ever more tantalising! Come try it either on its own or alongside our many tasty dishes.
