💌 This Valentine’s, and come together to celebrate Nikkei cuisine, where Japanese precision meets Peruvian soul 💌

This limited edition menu blends citrus, spice and technique. It opens with homemade brioche and carob butter, followed by tuna sashimi with citrus and yellow Peruvian chillies. Seared beef tataki comes in a queso fresco sauce, before pork ribs glazed in Japanese yakiniku take centre stage, served with Cuzco corn cake and chimichurri.

To finish, a rich chocolate mousse with sticky glazed pineapple.
