What a great 5 weeks delivering to summer programmes in Southwark. Our tiny team how now delivered just over 13,000 meals in the last 6 months’ holidays 😎🥳
We couldn’t have done it without:

Mama Leys Here we go!
Summer provision kicks off with first deliveries out this morning. Today we delivered Colombian Curry Chicken and a Plantain & Sweet Potato Curry (swipe to see ➡️) to various community hubs across London.

🚙 She’s the chief organiser of our holiday deliveries.

🏅Heidi does everything from labelling to planning our upcoming pop-ups (more to come on this).

🇨🇴 Last but not least, Heidi’s from Colombia and feeds into our menu design with her favourite dishes.

Mama Leys Is there anything better than a humble roastie 🥔? Our Kampala Dal is going out with these spicy Roast Potatoes (Aloo Gobi) today. We half boil them before roasting them at 180° degrees with cumin, fennel, Aleppo Chilli flakes and a little cinnamon until their golden with crunchy bits. 📝

Our Caribbean chicken bowl has been flying off the shelves Hub Coffee House.
Any feedback means a lot to us, so we were delighted with this from Carly (pictured):
“I really like the flavour! Really different taste of spices. I liked that there was loads of chicken in it too”
