Our speciality coffee beans are roasted in small batches to ensure their unique flavours are highlighted and enhanced. The beans are fully traceable and sourced through a responsibly-minded transparent supply chain. A fun one! This playful yet complex coffee from El Encanto in Huila, Colombia is sweet, vibrant and full of character. Showcasing the farm’s innovative processing, it brings to mind some of our favourite nostalgic sweets: strawberry laces, foam bananas and bubble gum.

With notes of cola, cherry and caramel sweetness, it’s vibrant and complex - a result of carefully controlled anaerobic fermentation.

From the farmers who nurture their trees and soil, manage harvests and processing, and make countless less decisions that shape the quality in the cup, to milling, exporting and so much more.

Roasting and cupping are an essential but small step in the much longer journey dedicated to bringing the best out of the cup.

A signature drink worth showing down for. Created by Kris using his limited Competition cold brew (Extended natural Pink Bourbon from Colombia).

A simple recipe reveals a surprisingly complex cup with layered notes in each sip. Cream. Bright berries. Juicy stone fruit. Sweet and velvety lingering finish.

This month, we welcomed a new Natural Brazil, produced by Edmar de Souza Rezende. His family has been growing coffee since 1971, and he continues to run the farm today. Sourced by the wonderful - this coffee delivers a full-bodied cup with well-loved chocolate and hazelnut notes.

For this label, we choose coffees that are sweet, smooth, with balanced acidity - an everyday coffee, done exceptionally well.

As versatile as it is delicious, meaning you can brew it across a range of methods.

This new natural Brazil from is definitely our most versatile filter coffee - rich body, heaps of sweetness and chocolate and hazelnut notes. It brews beautifully whatever method you use.

Coffee has been part of Edmar de Souza Rezende’s family story since 1971, when they began growing coffee on their small farm in São Sebastião do Paraíso, Brazil. He now owns three farms producing Mundo Novo, Red Catuaí, and Yellow Catuaí.

BIG NEWS!

Our very own Kristof is heading to the London Coffee Festival this Friday after being selected to compete in the new Cold Brew Competition!

He’s been deep in recipe testing behind the scenes, and has created something special - make sure to ask him about it when you see him 👀

He’s also been putting in serious work perfecting the cold brew for our bar, which has officially landed for the summer at Hornsey Road and coming very soon to Hackney Bridge! Come by, grab one, and wish him luck 🍀

Our new Signature Espresso is a natural Brazil with heaps of fruit-forward sweetness. Sourced with the help of , this coffee comes from Paulo Crabi’s farm in Elói Mendes, Minas Gerais.

The cherries have been fermented in a sealed, restricted-oxygen environment, lending to this coffee’s jammy fruit notes and heavier, syrupy mouthfeel.

Best enjoyed black for those ripe stone fruit notes that remind us of mango sorbet. With milk, it’s creamier, with classic vanilla notes we love.
