Our main focus is super high quality coffee made super consistently, with a generous dose of curiosity and attention to detail, hopefully in a joyous manner for all - and then after that it’s puppies of all ages of course
We like coffee. It’s kind of important to us- up until about a year and a bit ago it was literally ALL we did at the cafe. So it matters to us that it’s really really good. Even when there’s a coffee we don’t like- we want to know that it’s because it’s not for us, not that it hasn’t been made well.
We also sell a curated selection of books
We work with lots of different roasters, and recently started going steady with Special Guests to select exclusive house coffees
We brew a lot of filter, so experience and interest in filter, flavour and various methods is important to us
We can be a little busier at times, so an ability to enjoy smashing through queues and keeping each other and customers entertained is appreciated
We often get involved in events or throw our own, and we’re always open to ideas too
A love for the industry and all its wonderful people, knowledge of roasters, favourite cafes etc is 💕
