The final touches are underway. ✨ The House of Jamavar is coming together ahead of the launch of our new Alphonso Mango Feasting Menu: a seven-course celebration of the season, where Alphonso mangoes are woven through each course in unexpected and vibrant ways.

In the kitchen, ripe Alphonso mangoes are being carefully prepared. At the bar, cocktails are taking shape with fragrant spices and seasonal sweetness. Across the dining room, every detail is being set for what’s to come.

We begin our 10th year with something knows inside out: Alphonso mango.⁠
⁠
We use in all the ways it’s meant to - some are kept raw to enjoy their brightness, others ripen until soft and sweet. Across the menu, it’s spiced, slow cooked, dried, and pickled, with each dish showing a different side of the fruit.⁠
⁠
It’s a way of cooking that’s instinctive across India, and one he’s carried with him into this kitchen. ⁠
