Our family-run business is dedicated to sourcing the best Italian produce – available in our online shop, or our Wimbledon Village shop. We also stock a beautifully-packaged range of gifts, and elegant 'entertainment platters,' designed to help our customers host fuss-free evenings. We pride ourselves on our stunning cheeseboards, and hand-sliced charcuterie, positioning Vallebona platters as a st

unning centrepiece for any event – from intimate dinner parties, to wine tastings, or christening buffets. Those who want to 'try before they buy' are welcome to browse the Wimbledon Village sop and attend a Weekend Tasting. It's impossible not to be delighted by the tables laden with delicious produce – hence our name, Table@Vallebona, which is a nod to the prominence a table in the family home. It's a stage, a podium, a pulpit and a place of love and laughter, which is why we think it's so important that the table is dressed with the best and most beautiful produce available.

A special sip for a Sunday - The Island of Shodoshima offers a particular landscape of rice fields called "Senmaida", composed of a set of small plots in steps. Hachi-Hachi is a Junmai Sake, created with rice from these plots. It is a pure local product.⁠

Created with extreme care by hand from the sake master, it has a rich flavour of rice umami. Best enjoyed cold with notes of honey and sweet spices.

It was a rare chance to be among the first to sample the bold flavours, seasonal dishes and contemporary Italian cooking of this highly anticipated new opening.

A match made in heaven! 🥂

dropped in to tell you all about our live event, tasting wines and learning how to make fresh mozzarella right before your eyes!

Join us on June 24th for an evening showcasing a selection of wines from some of his finest producers. Luca has helped reshape the Italian wine landscape by championing remarkable small, family-run estates that specialise in organic and natural wines.

🍷 The evening begins with a guided tasting of six carefully selected wines, led by our wine expert Luca Dusi, who will bring each glass to life with tasting notes, stories, and insights behind every bottle.

🧀 Stefano of Vallebona will create pairings from our exceptional Italian and Japanese artisan range. Expect combinations such as Parmigiano Reggiano, aged 36 months, drizzled with a rich moromi miso from Shodoshima Island and many more.

🇮🇹 Alongside the tasting, Piero, our mozzarella maker from Puglia, will prepare fresh mozzarella live in front of you, giving you the chance to watch the process up close and enjoy it warm as it is made.
