Every Gintonica at Joshua's Tavern is thoughtfully paired with bespoke bitters, homemade garnishes and premium tonics to bring out the unique character of each spirit.

From the citrus and rosemary notes of Sipsmith London Dry, to the floral elegance of Hendrick's with lychee and yuzu, or the vibrant Japanese flavours of Roku with candied yuzu and sakura bitters - every serve is crafted to be perfectly balanced.

Happy Birthday to our namesake, Sir Joshua Reynolds.

A true London icon, Reynolds once lived in Leicester Square, where he painted many of the capital's most influential figures and established himself as one of Britain's greatest portrait artists. As the first President of the Royal Academy, his work and legacy helped shape London's cultural identity for generations.

At Joshua's Tavern, just moments from his former residence, you can raise a glass to the artist himself while admiring our hand-painted mural — a tribute to Reynolds' distinctive artistic style and his well-known appreciation for good company and a pint.
