I’m being bias here but personally I think this is the best Stewed Tomatoes with Ancho Chilli 🌶️😍
You can use this as a based for your pasta dish (Linguine will be the best!), or spread on your sourdough toast or on top of cold yogurt..deelish! Simple to prepare and you only need four ingredients- Cherry Toms, Ancho Chilli for the smoky taste but you can omit this if you wish 😉, Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Garlic.

Whenever we are in Madrid, we tend to go to my fav Galician Restaurant here and the seafood is soo good.
Only four of us this time so we didn’t order too much 😆 and we finished them all, of course! The best seafood in town 👏🏼

It’s a must to come here Sidrería Casa Mingo and seriously guys the rotisserie chicken is to die for!!! All the food here is amazing! ♥️ it’s an institution and been here since 1888. We’ve been here countless times and I have to say the food and service are still impeccable 👏🏼
Whenever you do come to Madrid, this place is a must!

Hot!!! London is boiling!!🥵
The last few days during these extreme heatwaves, I had to improvise a little bit with our dishes at home. I’m not complaining 😆 but our body badly needed to be cooler than the temperature outside so decided to make these at home:
1. Berries Ice-cream- no churning ice-cream 😉 Greek yogurt with strawbs, blueberries and raspberries 🍧
2. Gazpacho with extra ice-cubes in our bowl 😊 plus with salad, cured tuna, slices of manchego cheese and I know this is out of place, tofu 😆 Tofu is a must- rain or shine!
3. Salmon with Ginger on a bed of brown rice with edamame, broad beans, peas and black sesame seeds.
4. My snack- I made this juice which I personally think it’s good for my liver 😉 I’m not a qualified nutritionist but I feel the goodness of it 😉

Hot days meals 😍 last night we braved it out by having chicken curry and it was a lovely evening to have it. Refreshing cooler breeze and curry was delish!
Anyway today we started off with Avo on sourdough toast with boiled egg drizzled with chili oil for breakfast; Greek Salad and Chicken Wings for lunch; Grilled Sea Bream with Asaparagus, Brocc and Baby Potatoes for supper. Happy 🫶🏼💥

We had the pleasure to experience and dine at the world famous Colombe d’Or hotel with its unique private modern art collection. For decades, the Roux family has held the secret of this unrivalled art of living, and has been host to such extraordinary personalities as Pablo Picasso, Jacques Prévert, Yves Montand and James Baldwin.

Sun was out and it was so lovely to have friends over for lunch 😍 Our dish today - Baked Chicken Thighs with Sun-dried tomatoes, Gnocchi, Spinach, Thyme and Parmesan Cheese. Sides were Mango Salsa, Roasted Courgettes, Asparagus and Broccoli 🫶🏼

Oh hello Simit!!!🥨 Sometimes called a Turkish Bagel, is delicious on its own, or sliced in half to make a sandwich. Serve as part of a breakfast, lunch or brunch.
Coated with golden sesame seeds, Simit has a crunchy outside and soft, pull apart inside.

Another delicious meat and veggie combo when we bumped into this restaurant in Hodjapasha district
Delicious thinly sliced well marinated beef served with thin flat bread and we also had the Grilled Aubergine. Happy 😊

It’s a must to try a good fish sandwich here in Istanbul. There’s a lot of them along The Golden Horn and the best to go to are those who have a barge behind their restaurant to prepare the grilled mackerel 😍🇹🇷
