We’re welcoming LEBA back to HALFCUP for the second time, a plant-based fine dining pop-up.
For their 14th dinner, LEBA is bringing in William Chilila, MasterChef: The Professionals 2018, with a menu inspired by Zambia and South Africa. His cooking draws on heritage and flavour, handled with real skill and complete creative freedom.
Expect dishes like smoked sweet potato and plantain butter with coconut milk bread, a squash and wild rice veloute scented with African basil and alligator pepper, and a Marula tree dessert of mini spiced koeksisters with Milo and De Villiers chocolate.
