This was the last piece of an amazing homemade Basque cheesecake covered in rich Dibis & Rashi. It didn’t last long… I loved looking at those waves on the top and the slow dripping on the sides. I hope you also ate something delicious today! Happy Sunday! 🤗

They look like falafel or croquettes but these yummy little marbles are something else... vegan and gluten free treats made with coconut, , cornflower and cinnamon. A happy end to this and a perfect plan to bake with toddlers.
