That’s right – the Grill Daddies went to Rome 🤌🏻

Together with [email protected], they swapped the grill for a plane and headed to visit Fabio Galli and the team at Gruppo Galli®. There was plenty of wine, plenty of food, and a few long lunches – all in the name of hunting down some new goodies that might just be making their way to Chelsea Grill soon.

Safe to say, everyone got on well 🫡

Served with meat jus – sharp, rich, and just enough to lift everything off the fire.
