This week’s line-up isn’t trying to fit into one cuisine.

It’s a conversation between many.

From Nasi Goreng and fasolakia to gochujang, za’atar, harissa and miso. Sweet cherries meet black beans. Watermelon meets roasted peppers. Gazpacho gets a jalapeño kick. Lentil fusilli carries basil pesto the way it should.

Nothing here is random.
Everything is layered.
Everything is seasonal.
Everything is built for flavour.
