A self-assured 18 course tasting menu from a former Ynishr chef. As you might expect, it’s protein-forward with layers and layers of technique and a mostly Japanese accented flavour profile.

Max has been honing this menu as an intimate supper club in his family home all this year, and will be popping up across London in 2026. Give him a follow. You won’t regret it.
