Allow us to re-introduce ourselves…
Kitchen Party is female-founded, female-led, and powered by this little crew - (small but mighty!)
Founded in 2015 by sisters Clem and Joss, and headquartered in South East London, we’re a family business in every sense - Joss’s partner Silas is our Head Chef, keeping the food at the heart of everything we do.
Here’s who we are:
Clem (Co-Founder) - heads up Sales, bringing in the events and building the relationships that keep our diary full.
Joss (Co-Founder) - our behind-the-scenes powerhouse, packing every job and making sure the team has everything they need before it even walks out the door. (Also unofficially in charge of snacks - keeping the whole team going!)
Ellie - heads up Marketing & Business Development and, part-time as she is, her sales background means she naturally slots in to support Clem there too.
Silas - our Head Chef, heading up the kitchen and leading the menus from first idea to final plate,
And none of it would happen without our incredible freelancers, from front of house to back of house, from operations to porters - who show up event after event.
