The wait is finally over.
A week from today we’ll be back at the amazing taproom in Walthamstow (E17 5QJ) as they reopen their doors 😍
We’ll be serving our delicious menu and a couple of specials too, so make sure not to miss us!!
The brewery will be open on Saturday the 4th (12pm-10pm) and Sunday the 5th (12-8pm) and don’t forget to check their Insta for the latest information on the reopening procedures!
We’ll be carefully following and enforcing the government guidelines for yours and ours safety to make the whole experience enjoyable and safe at the same time✨

Our crusty pizza bread. 🍞
Made fresh everyday by the amazing using a two-part fermentation method that takes a minimum of 70 hours before the dough it’s ready to go anywhere near the oven! This allows the dough to really develop and enhance the flavours created naturally during the fermentation process!

The origin of the name of this succulent recipe still remains unknown.. what we do know is that it comes from Sicily and it’s mind blowing!

Handmade meatballs in tomato passata and parmesan cheese.
The exact origin of meatballs is unknown but to many people’s disbelieve (including us) they were not invented in Italy. It seems like they first appeared in the middle east and that they later made their way to Europe.
We Italians might have not invented them, but we sure made them worldwide famous (and utterly delicious)!!
Everyone’s Nonna has got her own take on the recipe.. this is ours’s and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with it!

Introducing our first recipe: Signature Pollo 🍗
Tender boneless chicken thighs cooked in white wine, herbs and Kalamata olives.
Our Signature Pollo takes inspiration from the old Italian recipe called “Pollo alla Cacciatora” (literally: Hunter’s Chicken). The foundation of this recipe is the combination of garlic and herbs, which explains the origin of its name too cause those are the spices that hunters used to season their prey with when they were out hunting.
It’s a recipe of humble beginnings that with its phenomenal taste has made its way to the tables and the hearts of many in Italy and around the world.. We’re sure you’re gonna love it too!!😍
