We’ve been working on this one for a while. 🧈🧂
We’ve always made our cakes in-house, but this felt like the right time to take it a step further. People come to us for coffee and cakes, and we’ve always wanted to offer something you might not easily find elsewhere.
It started as a simple idea around our first birthday last year, but took us longer than expected to get it to where we’re happy with. Between everything happening day to day and not wanting to compromise on what we already do, it’s been a slow process.
But here we are. From now on, everything you see on the counter is all made in-house and on-site, by a very tiny kitchen team (aka me).
It also means we can keep things a bit more interesting, and hopefully a bit more “us” instead of just the usual.
As the only baker behind these rolls, I’m currently making every single batch myself. It’s why our daily quantities are limited and why they’ve been selling out so fast these past two weeks.🥹
We are so grateful to our regulars for their constant support and to every newcomer for giving us a try. We will continue bringing the best coffee and cakes we can to you, and now... our new Sea Salt Butter Roll (Shio Pan). 🤎
