Entry to Gather + Gather Barista of the Year 2026 is officially OPEN.

Whether you’re just getting started or experienced in pouring perfect latte art, this is your moment to show us what you’ve got. From flavour to flair, we’re looking for baristas who bring passion and wonderful customer experiences with every cup. There are two titles to claim this year:

➕Brewing Potential Award – Entry Level.
➕Barista of the Year – Master Level.

So step up, get creative and bring the energy… we can’t wait to see what you brew.
