One of the best parts about working at The Cheese Bar is getting out of the restaurant and spending time with the people behind the incredible British and Irish cheeses we serve.
Every month, we take the team to visit one of our producers.
Last month, that meant an early start, a trip to Somerset and a day with the brilliant team at Somerset Cheesemakers . We learnt a lot, ate a lot and even helped make a batch of cheese ourselves. We'll call that a pretty successful day at the office.
