If you’re heading out today, why not let us do the cooking? 😊

Today’s fish special is fresh dressed crab, served with homemade potato salad, a ponzu dressed superfood salad and warm ciabatta & butter. Perfect if you’re after something a little light. 🦀

Or, if Sunday means a roast to you, we’ve got a choice today of topside of beef or Fylde coast turkey, plus our sweet potato & chickpea bake for vegetarian guests.

All served with roasties, mash, Yorkshire pudding, homemade gravy, carrot & swede mash, braised red cabbage and honeyed parsnips… and don’t forget you can add a side of cauliflower cheese! 😍

We’re on the lookout for a seasonal pot wash/kitchen porter to help out over the busy summer months.

The job is part-time, mainly evenings and weekends, so it’s ideal if you’re looking for some extra hours.

You don’t need any experience – just be reliable, happy to work as part of a team and not afraid of a busy kitchen!
