We had to share this.
One of our customers, Kev from Lymm, posted this on LinkedIn after ordering from us.
He’d got the train home late, and realised he’d be back after we’d closed.
So he rang us.
We left his food in a cool box outside his house, ready for when he got back.
The bit we loved most about what Kev wrote was: "Naz and Raz have been doing “world class Customer Experience for years - they just call it running a restaurant."
We're proud because we know a lot of our customers by name. We know their usual orders. We know who’s likely to come in on a Sunday, who likes it extra hot, and who rings from a train after a few beers needing food left outside.
That’s what local restaurants are built on.
