Just A few Polite Reminders ☺️

🧦SOCKS-when you book you’ll notice the pop-up message requests everyone to remove shoes and wear socks on entering the cafe (if you book for someone else, we'd appreciate this information being passed on).
This applies to everyone entering the cafe whether they're heading into the play spaces or enjoying a sit down. We like to keep our spaces clean and germ free from any nasties that might be lurking on the bottom of shoes and feet especially when a huge amount of our customers enjoy crawling around on the floor and more often than not, giving it a good lick! 😅
Don't worry if you forget your socks- you can buy some at the till on entering.

🌯Food- as a small business we have provided a reasonably priced quality menu to suit all needs, allergies and ages (our weaning snack pots are very popular) therefore, we do ask that you don't bring your own food or food from other places into our cafe to eat. If you're not sure of our provisions please check out our menu or give us a message! We'll always be happy to help.
As with most indoor play spaces we ask that food and drink stays in the cafe space and isn't taken into the play spaces.

🕑 SESSION TIMES- our sessions are 90 minutes long, this allows you plenty of time to play AND eat within the session time. You are able to wait in our entrance foyer until your session time begins. A tidy up time bell will ring 5 minutes before the session ends. We spend the 30 minutes in between sessions very busily cleaning down every space so we are ready to greet the next lot of excited little ones and their big ones for the next session!

We were just looking at numbers for tomorrow, and would you ever guess it? Saturday lunchtimes, 12 o'clock, are now one of our quieter sessions of the week! And we have already cut our numbers to make sure our air-con can cope.

It is NOT fun chasing round a pre-schooler in this heat, so we are delighted we can provide a play service where you can literally chill and not worry about where your little one is!
