An incredible evening cooking at with Conor, Shay and Archie to help raise money for The Christie Trust in support of the amazing .⁠

We've worked with since Skof first opened, and he's become such an important part of the Skof family. It meant a great deal to support both a good friend and the incredible NHS foundation that has been there for him.⁠

The evening was another reminder of the strength and generosity of Manchester's hospitality community, raising £9,258.77 overall. We feel incredibly grateful to have been part of such a special event.⁠

Our Shiso Martini, from the Skof x Atelier Pip collection. ⁠

Made of Stoli Vodka, Blackcurrant Liqueur, and Cocchi Extra Dry. To lengthen the drink, she adds Fever-Tree Tonic for gentle fizz and a clean, dry finish.⁠

India presenting our palate cleanser: amasake sorbet.⁠

The sorbet is made from brown rice inoculated with koji spores, while the accompanying oil is infused with Jin Xuan milk oolong tea. Developed in Taiwan in the 1980s, this celebrated variety, also known as No. 12 or Milk Oolong, is prized for its naturally creamy, floral character.⁠

Together, they create a light, delicate palate cleanser with subtle creamy and floral notes, preparing you for the sweet courses to follow.⁠
