I've not posted in a while on here and got a really good reason today. This Saturday I will be taking part in hosting this delicious supperclub using my all time favourite ingredients and recipes from the Middle East!!

Lime Cheesecake with Strawberry Buttercream Icing and Freeze-dried Raspberries. Vegan & Gluten-free. A tad random perhaps but this was on comission for the bishop of Manchester. What are the odds. Had to make 3 of these with one being also sugar free (challenge!!!!!). Great fun.

Poached pear pudding in Brandi sauce, vegan cheese platters from and HEARTY vanilla rum chocolate Tortes with salted praline and raspberry coulis were a great dessert trio at the supperclub last Saturday!!! Proper food bliss!!

Starting to smell like Christmas here at kitchen!! Poaching the pears for this weekends pear&brandy pudding. Completely SOLD OUT supper club with 3 courses of lush vegan food. Really looking forward to it !!
