you loved our beef tartare, we loved it, so we took everything you enjoyed about the original and turned the indulgence all the way up.

we start with our signature dry-aged beef, hand-chopped to order every single time. then we hit it with a rich, house-made burger sauce for that nostalgic, savoury tang, with a touch of american mustard making all the difference. it gets topped with aged parmesan for a massive umami hit, and finished with a mountain of ultra-crispy shoestring fries for the ultimate crunch.

two cities, one iconic sunday roast: this is a sunday at lennox 🍴

8am: chefs arrive, check covers for the day… it’s grown to a 250+ day. aprons on, prep continues.

10am: two hours until service. out front? emptied, cleaned, checked. tables set, seats straightened.

11:30am: the clock ticks faster, the prep is almost done. it has to be almost done.

11:45am: covers check, fully booked. right through until 9pm.

12pm: first guests arrive. seated, smiling… hungry.

12:01pm-10pm:
“service please”, “check on”, “service”, “service”, “service”, “service please…”
roast after roast. table after table, full. belly after belly, full.
feet aching, lights out. done.

sundays: made for the get-together, improved by the roast 🍴

we start with that flawless, juicy sear on the steak, but the real magic happens when that complex, herb-infused butter melts over the seared beef and sweet bbq prawns. the flavour profile is class.
