Due to hot weather we are reducing our menu this evening, we will be serving tap house treats and light bites

We will also be closing the kitchen at a slightly earlier time of 8pm

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you all for your support in the heat

Not our usual staff shoutout this week... ❤️
Instead, we're taking the time to say farewell to our truly loved Sous & Events Chef, Ash – or "Ash Bro", as he's known to us all.🦁⭐️

We are genuinely heartbroken to see you leave the Red Lion family, but we couldn't let you go without saying a huge thank you for the years of dedication, hard work and commitment you've given to this place. You've been an incredible part of our team, and your passion, talent and loyalty have never gone unnoticed.

More than anything, it's your hilarious sense of humour that we're going to miss. The kitchen won't be the same without your laughs, your banter, and, of course, your endless chats about everything from Pokémon to Lady Gaga!

We wish you nothing but the very best as you start this exciting new chapter/ career . We know you're going to absolutely smash it, and whoever gets you next is incredibly lucky.

Don't be a stranger, Ash. Our doors are always open, and you'll always have a place here at The Red Lion.
