Good morning one and all, I hope this finds you well and happy 🌸

Due to a team member being poorly and because we have a catering order to fulfil, we have decided to remain closed today which will allow us the time to fulfil this

Working lunch……

I know some may critique my choice of Instagram photo, but for me, it’s not about perfection, it doesn’t exist anyway. It’s always about quality and have we met & exceeded the guests expectations, a big part of that is about being adaptable without compromising our team morale & our business

Putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves is why we have the issues we do as a nation
