Head Chef Matty has been hard at work at The Four Crosses, serving up something truly special:

Fresh halibut, perfectly cooked and paired with a silky curried cauliflower purée, sautéed new potatoes, broccoli, and finished with a vibrant herb oil.

A dish as good as it sounds & looks, Come and taste it for yourself.
