The wait is over…

Our own 6-week in-house dry aged beef is now ready to serve.

Carefully dry aged in-house to develop exceptional flavour, tenderness and rich marbling, each cut is hand-selected and cooked with the respect it deserves.

Choose your favourite cut from our Dry Ager:

🥩 T-Bone
🥩 Côte de Boeuf
🥩 Sirloin
🥩 Chateaubriand

Each steak is served as a sharing feast for two, including:

🍟 Rustic Fries
🌽 Corn on the Cob
🍄 Grilled Mushroom
🍅 Roasted Tomato
🥗 House Coleslaw
🧅 Crispy Onion Rings

❤️ Our Signature Dry-Aged Cajun Love Oil, made in-house from the rendered trimmings of our own dry-aged beef and infused with Cajun spices.

To protect the quality of our dry-aged beef, we serve our steaks only Rare, Medium Rare or Medium.

Our recommendation? Medium Rare – this is where our dry-aged beef truly shines, delivering the best flavour, tenderness and texture.

The Dry Ager is now in full swing for individual cuts that we source directly from Smithfield every week. We dry age for four to six weeks, then butcher and create different cuts. The availability will change daily and typically will include, T bones, Cote de Boeuf, Chateaubriand, Sirloin, Ribeyes. Our normal menu always has the dry aged Sirloin and Fillet available.
