A little fun fact... I moved to Middlesbrough from Hull in 2017, the year Hull was City of Culture.

I saw first-hand the buzz it created, the investment it brought, and the pride it gave the city. Now, nearly a decade later, I'd love to see Middlesbrough have that same opportunity.

As The Infant Hercules, we're proud to support Middlesbrough's City of Culture 2029 bid. This town has an incredible community, loads of character, and deserves the chance to show the rest of the country what it's all about.

The Infant Hercules is proud to support Middlesbrough's bid to become City of Culture 2029.

We're lucky enough to see what makes this town special every day. From the friendships made over a pint to local musicians, artists, charities, and community groups bringing people together, Boro has a culture that's built by the people who live here.

Here's hoping the rest of the country gets to see what we already know.
