This morning we’re taking a moment of appreciation for everyone who’s ever bought a cone or carton from Colpi and giving ourselves a wee pat on the back too.

Taking in our milk order this morning and marking this batch as BATCH NO - 3800 🤯💙💃

Since records began some time in the 90’s (65 years of batches before that) we’ve done 3800 boiling’s in Colpi Caffe. That’s roughly (give or take a few litres) 683,820 litres of ice cream.

It wouldn’t be possible without you all. If it’s a cone on a sunny day or you’re weekly 2 litre carton for after Sunday dinner - Thank you all very much 💙
