This cake was made for a very special milestone, but today, my heart goes out to an even more special person… his amazing mum. ❤️
Eighteen years ago, you held your little boy in your arms for the first time. Since then, you've spent every day teaching him, guiding him, protecting him and preparing him for each new chapter of life.😇
As mums, we are always focused on the next step: The first smile, the first word, the first steps, the first day at school, the first heartbreak, the first big decisions…
We spend years making sure our children are ready for the world. But nobody ever teaches us how to let go when they no longer need us in the same way.

Sometimes a cake needs a second flight. ✈️

Yes… I redesign this one again. After a long day fatigue can sneak in and I’m human too. But when something doesn’t feel right, I redo it until it does. Quality and love for what I do always come first.

A big thank you to my lovely client for the patience and understanding. I truly appreciate it and hope to bake for you again.

Today this little one celebrates a beautiful Romanian tradition “tăierea moțului”, the moment when he chooses an object from a tray that is believed to symbolise his future.

Everyone might tell him to pick the money… but my wish for him is simple: choose to be a good human being. Because before any profession in life, the most important thing is to be human.
