We thought this Father’s day was the perfect time to introduce you to Beckie’s Dad. If you’re a regular you’ve probably seen him around either helping out or enjoying lunch with a friend. Little does he know that he’s the reason this business exists today…
Beckie’s Dad has been an incredible supporter of Lovelies Delights. From getting on board with Beckie’s dream to open a shop to being there from day 1 organising the renovation, doing any bits he could (which was a lot) to cleaning and basically pulling an all nighter with Beckie’s Mum preparing the shop for opening day. And of course he’s become a firm regular. Beckie is forever grateful for all the love, continued support and encouragement from her Dad.
Today we want to wish a Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads, foster Dads, step Dads, the honouree Dads, the Dads in waiting, the Uncles, the Grandads, those that do the job of Dad and the all round amazing men! You’re all fantastic and are everyday heroes! Thank you for everything you do!
We’re also holding space and sending love to anyone who finds today filled with pain instead of joy. Beckie understands how difficult this day can be and her heart goes out to everyone who finds this day filled with sorrow. May joy and sadness coexist and we hope you have the space to experience the joy if it comes.
