We don't enjoy making posts like this, but unfortunately here we are.
The hospitality industry is under immense pressure rising costs, long hours, and staff who go above and beyond.
On 14th February Saturday evening, a family of three joined us, enjoyed several curries, king prawns, and drinks, and then chose to leave without paying. A bold decision, considering there were no complaints about the food, service, or experience.
We sincerely hope you enjoyed your complimentary evening but that's not how restaurants work. Our team works hard to provide great food and service, and actions like this directly impact them and our business.
