Dear all of our Luv Ur Grub customers. The time has come for me to announce a very difficult but necessary decision. I have decided to sell the shop. As of Friday just gone, the shop belongs to a brand new owner, who I wish nothing but the very best going forward. There will still be the same faces that you normally see plus a few new ones that the new owner is bringing in. However I do feel it is time for myself to step away and let someone else take control. I honestly do believe that the new owners are the best people to take over the shop and give it a brand new life. There was a few parties that were interested in the shop, so I took a lot of time making sure that the next owner was the very best person to take on this role, I 100% believe that the new owners will take the shop onto bigger and better things and it's going to be very exciting to see their new ideas come into play.

As for myself, like I said above it is time for me to step away after what has been a very emotional time for me, my family and the entire Luv Ur Grub family after the loss of our beloved Joanie. I'm taking some time off to focus on myself and give myself a very much needed break before I decide what my next chapter is.

Joanie and myself took over the shop with the intention of making good food and have a place where people felt like they were always welcome. I would say that's exactly what we managed to achieve , and thats because of every single person that walked through our doors. Wether you were a builder working near by or a parent coming in after dropping the kids off to school, a taxi driver coming in for a coffee or one of the many companies or homes we delivered to. Every single one of you was the reason why we managed to keep the shop going for as long as we did. Without you none of this would have been possible. And for that I thank you all from the very bottom of my heart. I will miss seeing all your faces every morning. It has been an absolute honour and a privilege to have served you, our amazing Luv Ur Grub family. I wish you all the very best. Lots of love Denis x

To our amazing customers. We're aware of some rumours recently about our shop being sold and even worse people have actually been told not to come to our shop, because it's been sold. I would just like to clarify that these rumours are very much not true!! The shop very much still belongs to us and that isn't going to change any time soon. We will continue to serve our amazing community as best as we possibly can, as we have done from the day we took it over. If/when the day does come where we no longer own 'Luv Ur Grub' or decide to hang up our oven gloves, I promise you, you will hear it from us personally and not from a 3rd party. We love all of our customers and we would really appreciate it if you ignore the fake news and continue to come and get some amazing food either walk in or take away, which ever you prefer.

Hi everyone. Sorry we have been closed for a while. Unfortunately our amazing Joanie passed away last weekend. We'd like to thank everyone for their very kind messages and understanding at this very difficult time. Just to let our brilliant customers aware, we will be back open again from tomorrow but on a restricted service. Some deliveries may not be available for the time being, just until we get back into the swing of things during what's been a very tough time for our family and the 'Luv Ur Grub' family. Thank you again for you're understanding, your well wishes and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
