🚨THIS EVENT IS TOMORROW🚨

If you are part of a charity, group or service in our amazing voluntary sector then we would like to invite you to the launch of stvsc (South Tyneside Voluntary Sector Coalition) to be held on Tuesday the 7th July at WHIST.

We know how incredibly busy everyone is, so we have set up two sessions, one will be held during the afternoon 1pm-3pm, the second will be held on the evening 5pm-7pm. If you or a member of your team can attend either one of these sessions, then please let us know by replying to this post.

Some of you may be asking what exactly is STVSC?

To put it simply, its voluntary and community organisations of all sizes coming together for a greater good, helping and supporting not only our communities, but helping and supporting each other too.

We understand that some organisations feel left out of the bigger conversations being held, or maybe they just don’t have the free time or the staff available to attend these decision-making meetings week in, week out. The ones that not only shape how strategies and plans are implemented, but also which organisations end up being involved.

We believe STVSC can change this. Collectively, our own areas of expertise will be known and understood, so the right people will be involved to get the best results and outcomes. If an organisation is not in attendance, they do not miss out on an opportunity, they will still be represented by STVSC. This is where we work together as a team, we represent each other and we speak with one voice.

We would love to tell you more about how STVSC will work and how you can be a part of it, that is what the launch event is for. We can explain things in more detail, we can answer any questions you may have and we can start to make a real difference for the people of South Tyneside who rely on us all.

Please make every effort to attend one of the two sessions and let us know ASAP so we have a rough idea of numbers for seats and refreshments. We would love to see you there.
