Yesterday, one of our chefs couldn’t make service, so Oliver and Xander stepped into the kitchen to help Ben.

No fuss. Just sleeves rolled up, plenty of concentration, and a few laughs along the way.

A morning like this never gets old.

The walk from Penzance to Newlyn is one of our favourite ways to start the day. Calm water, fresh sea air, and just around the corner… lunch is waiting.
We are open from 11.30, 12pm lunch, 3 -5pm snacks, 5.30pm dinner.

A little from Saturday’s demonstration with Ben.

A special thank you to Cornwall Fish Direct. The sea bass originally arrived as fillets instead of the whole fish Ben needed for the demonstration, and for a while it looked as though we’d have to improvise! Thankfully, they came to the rescue and the whole fish arrived just in time.

Thank you to the organisers for a brilliant event, and to everyone who came along. We had great fun.

Whether you're joining us for lunch, relaxing with an afternoon drink or staying for dinner, we'd love to welcome you.
