We’re excited to announce that we’re partnering up with Middlesbrough College to offer two fantastic apprenticeship opportunities - perfect for anyone ready to kick-start a career in hospitality with hands-on experience, real progression and a workplace that feels like family.
🧑🍳 Commis Chef Apprenticeship - if you love food, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to learn from experienced chefs this role is your chance to get stuck in. You’ll gain practical kitchen skills, support daily service preparing food and basic cooking tasks. This is a Level 2 HMD Commis Chef qualification and requires one day in college a week.
🍽️ Front of House Apprenticeship - Perfect for people who enjoy meeting new faces, delivering great service and being at the heart of the action. You’ll learn everything from customer care to bar and food service - whilst earning and studying towards a HND Level 2 in hospitality. A
